I am currently doing a lot of exercise to to tone up for my 2 holidays that are upcoming.
I am doing 10 minutes a day on a leg magic which is toning my bum and thighs. I have started jogging which si oe of the best exercies you can do which is really improved my overall fitness. I am doing the Clubland dvd workout which is really hard and really pushes you to the limit however i am starting to see positive results. I also go 2 a pilates class at the gym once a week and do 50 sit ups before bed. So quite a lot of exercise Im not on a diet though I love my food to much lol which should explain why I have to do so much exercise.
